How do I use the warranty if I’m outside Salt Lake City?
Just call the NAPA Warranty Administrator at 1‑800‑452‑6272. They’ll direct you to the nearest authorized NAPA AutoCare Center for assistance.
Is every service covered under warranty?
Most repairs and parts are covered. Your technician will let you know if a service doesn’t fall under the warranty before any work begins.
Does the warranty cover diagnostics?
Diagnostics themselves may not be covered, but if they lead to a repair that is, the repair itself will fall under warranty protection.
What’s the difference between your local and national warranty?
Locally, you can always return to us for service. If you’re traveling or moved, the national warranty lets you get help from any participating NAPA AutoCare shop.
