I was on my way to a oil shop because I needed a quick fix but then I passed Jerry Lambert's and saw their sign that said they could fix it so I did a U-turn and went to Jerry's and they did fix it!!!In about ten minutes they resolved my troubles and I was on my way. Thank you so much Rick and all the other guys, y'all saved the day! (:

Taking my car to get serviced at Jerry Lambert was very very straightforward and easy! I signed up for an appointment online, put in my requests, and dropped my car off at my convenience. The staff was super helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car (Ik nothing about cars) and even gave me explanations for the future. I really enjoyed my experience and I will come again.

First time I went here, and I'm very satisfied! The dealership kept sending messages that my car needed its 100,000 mile checkup, which was going to cost hundreds of dollars. At Jerry Lambert, they checked all the points, did an oil change, and concluded all was fine. I spent about half of what it would have cost at the dealership and they were also very nice and communicated clearly. One thing I would have liked is an overview (like I used to get at Midas) that tells me which points were checked and which might need attention in the future. (But perhaps that's only giving false security anyway). I would recommend Jerry Lambert!
